A concept event continuing the story that began last year: Tohani – Late Summer now becomes a more intimate experience, dedicated to those seeking peace, style, and atmosphere.

STREHAN Flavors in the Vineyard
The event will feature a memorable culinary experience, with dishes specific to the Muntenian cuisine, combining quality ingredients with unique aromas, highlighting local recipes and products.
There will be varied starters from autumn’s harvest, traditional snacks, as well as pork cheeks, lamb pastrami, or Muntenian-style stuffed cabbage rolls cooked in a wooden cauldron.
Dessert will take us back to old recipes: baked cheese pie on a hearth and Muntenian scoverga.
Wine Tasting STREHAN Winery
The evening will be crowned with a tasting of wines from STREHAN Winery — wines of fine quality, embodying the richness of the Tohani lands and the craftsmanship of its people.
Hambarul Țârgovețului Coffee Experience in the Vineyards
A hearty meal ends with a top-class coffee. Coffee lovers will be able to experience the next level of specialty quality offered by Hambarul Țârgovețului & La Marzocco.

Starters
Antique Butchery Platter – prosciutto crudo, Napoli moldy salami, mortadella with pistachios, dried Spianata salami
The Muntenian’s Platter –selection of fine and matured cheeses, candied fruits, and roasted almonds
Terroir Platter – selection of traditional Muntenian products, assorted with seasonal vegetables
Snacks – marinated sun-dried tomatoes, olives, artichoke salad, chicken rolls with figs, telemea cheese and seasonal greens, and many other local delicacies
Main Courses
Pork cheeks in Fetească Neagră wine sauce with sweet potato purée
Muntenian-style stuffed cabbage rolls slowly cooked over wood fire
Lamb pastrami in a cauldron with baked polenta, drizzled with STREHAN red wine
Pickled green tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, and many other assorted pickled vegetables

Muntenian scoverga from STREHAN, prepared live by Aunt Lenuța, following the old recipe

Event access begins on September 13 starting at 5:00 PM.
The location is the STREHAN Estate Terrace in the STREHAN Estate Vineyard in Dealu Mare, Tohani-Gura Vadului area, Prahova County (marked in Waze as Domeniul STREHAN).
Tickets are on sale at iabilet.ro, available in the following categories:
- Adult tickets – 450 lei + optional 50 lei (Bucharest - Mizil - Bucharest transport)
- Teen tickets 12-18 years old (under 18) – 250 lei + optional 50 lei (Bucharest - Mizil - Bucharest transport)
- Children under 12 have free access.
Tickets include the enjoyment of La Marzocco specialty coffee in the vineyard, the full culinary experience, and, last but not least, the wine tasting from STREHAN Winery.
You can choose a ticket that also includes transport Bucharest–STREHAN Estate and back, a distance of 90 km.
Along with good spirits and a party mood, we recommend comfortable clothing and attire suitable for an autumn evening.
