in October

THE JOURNEY OF DEALU MARE VINEYARD
A journey of the flavors of Dealu Mare vineyard wines

Saturday October 26 and Sunday October 27, starting at 09:30

Strehan Domaine, 2 Gura Vadului, 107300, Prahova

A wine tourism experience in a series of exciting excursions through the picturesque vineyards of Dealu Mare vineyard, taking part in a Sightseeing Bus adventure. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the idyllic landscapes, enjoy the fresh air and learn about the winemaking process from passionate experts, as well as get to know the early Romanian customs of grape picking.

In our popular tradition, the month of October is called “brumărel”, a name that refers to the rime ice and the frozen dew that settles over the vegetation during the autumn nights and urges us to continue our wine tastings in Dealu Mare, enjoying this beautiful autumn.

Tickets

The price of a ticket/day for an adult is 300 lei (pick-up from Bucharest), 250 lei (pick-up from Ploiesti) or 200 lei (pick-up from Dealu Mare) and includes:

  • Transport Bucharest – Ploiești – Dealu Mare and return / Transport Ploiești – Dealu Mare and return
  • Tasting experiences of five wines at two wine cellars in Dealu Mare (according to the program above)
  • Visiting the vineyards of Dealu Mare with Sightseeing Bus
  • Lunch in the vineyard with mash, pastrami and good cheer (to be paid separately).
