A sparkling wine with a rich and well-structured aroma with citrus notes. The palate is savoury, fresh and fruity, full-bodied and persistent.

It can be served very well as an aperitif, but at the same time sparkling wine goes very well with all types of fish and seafood. It also combines perfectly with first courses.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in the morning in cool, small crates. The winemaking process takes place by gently pressing the grapes, natural decanting. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, and the second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in autoclaves to preserve the aromatic taste.
