Sparkling wine can be served very well with classic dishes, as well as being extraordinarily versatile in matching with first courses, starters and aperitifs.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in the morning in cool, small crates. The winemaking process takes place by gently pressing the grapes, natural decanting. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and the second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in autoclaves to preserve the aromatic taste.
