Tasting notes

A versatile wine, easy to drink considering its fresh and mineral characteristics, with an abundance of red fruits predominantly in notes of strawberry and wild rose. The elegant features of the fruits complemented by the pleasant acidity can be also felt in the aftertaste.

Serving and food pairings

Recommended serving temperature is 8-10 degrees Celsius.

Platers consisting of fish or seafood will amplify the aromas of a demi-sec rosé wine, as it has the acidity of a white wine but the fruity notes of a red wine. However, pasta & risotto dishes, salads and aromatic desserts will be successful pairings as well.

Harvesting & Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked in the morning on the cool, in crates, then carefully selected on sorting tables. To maintain its freshness, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature then kept on fine yeasts for 14 days.

• Soil: skeletal, with Sarmatian limestone parent rock, at shallow depth and with a high calcium carbonate content, which favors the production of aromatic wines
