Eglantina Cuvee White

Tasting notes

A modern and complex wine with a greenish-yellow color revealing a mineral and versatile character which integrates notes of tropical fruits. The aromas of pineapple, lemon peel and pomelo offer a special complexity of the wine. The elegance and balance of this wine is felt even in the aftertaste where we find remarkable notes of white flowers, pears and green apples.

Serving and food pairings

The recommended serving temperature is 7-10 degrees Celsius.

Fish or seafood dishes, especially shellfish, will pair well with this dry white wine. Lighter dishes such as pasta, risotto, salads, assorted vegetables and fine cheeses are perfectly companied by this versatile, mineral wine rich in fruity aromas.

Harvesting & Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked in cold mornings, in crates, then carefully selected on sorting tables. To maintain its freshness, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature and then kept on fine lees for 14 days.
