Tasting notes

A well-structured wine, with medium body and fine tannins, in which the mix of blackcurrant, raspberry and blackberry is noticeable. Vanilla notes reveal a wine balanced in flavours.

Serving and food pairings

The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees Celsius.

Red meat dishes (beef, lamb, pork, game), but also with dark sauces will go well with a red wine.

Harvesting & Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked in the morning, chilled in crates, then carefully sorted on sorting tables. After cold maceration of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation follows with the addition of selected yeasts. To preserve its freshness and fruitiness, the wine is not aged in oak barrels.
