Tasting notes

A fresh and fruity wine in which the aromas of apple, lemon peel, grapefruit and tropical fruits are felt from the first smell, notes that continue in the aftertaste. Minerality, acidity and alcohol are very well integrated into the taste.

Serving and food pairings

The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees Celsius.

This wine complements the flavours of white meats (chicken, turkey, goose or fish, seafood), but also vegetable dishes. Preparations such as tartar or dishes based on white sauces, in particular, are a perfect pairing with Sauvignon Blanc.

Harvesting & Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked in the morning, chilled in crates, then carefully sorted on sorting tables. To maintain its freshness, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, then kept on fine yeast for 14 days.
