Tasting notes

A versatile, easy-drinking wine with an abundance of red and blackberry fruit on the palate. Ripe berry fruit notes and medium acidity carry through to the aftertaste.

Serving and food pairings

The recommended serving temperature is 8-10 degrees Celsius.

Cheesy dishes will go well with a dry rosé wine, as it has the acidity of a white wine but also the fruitiness of a red wine. Pasta/risotto dishes with seafood and flavoured desserts are also good pairings.

Harvesting & Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked in the morning on the cool, in crates, then carefully selected on sorting tables. To maintain its freshness, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature then kept on fine yeasts for 14 days.
